This handsome young man is a gentle love bug! His life started out on the end of a chain sitting in a front yard because his owner thought he was good protection. Little did he know, that all Oakley wanted to do, was give kisses and cuddle people. His previous owner just left Oakley tied to the tree for his collar to embed into his skin. Oakley was confiscated and after 3 months of treatment we finally wont the battle to take Oakley away! His wounds are now healed up, and his heart is so open looking for that forever family that will look passed what his previous owner did and love him unconditionally. This boy is crate trained, a great kisser and a spectacular cuddle bug!
