Where do you start?
1. Look for the owner around where you found the dog. If there are children outside, ask if they know the dog! Children are the biggest help, and know more then the adults most of the time!
2. Take the dog to any local Veternaian office, or shelter to have them scanned for a microchip! This might be the quickest and easiest way of getting the dog reunited with the owner. There is also no cost to have the dog scanned!
3. Post flyers in the area where the dog was found. Someone is looking!
4. Post a Free Found Add in your local newspaper, they will run it for three days!
